This agreement ( "Terms" ) govern your use of the lyvexcoin site, mobile apps, trading the "Services") run by lyvexcoin. Account creation constitutes acceptance these Terms completely.
1. Eligibility. Users need to be adults in their jurisdiction and legally competent to form binding contracts. Where we are unlicensed or unavailable, residents cannot participate. Account accuracy and login secrecy remain your responsibility.
2. What we provide. lyvexcoin operates an electronic trading platform for the assets listed on this platform. No part of this is investment recommendation; all trading decisions stays with you. Displayed market data is for information and might err or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risk notice. Trading involves material loss risk and is for those able to absorb it. Leveraged products can send drawdowns past your initial margin. Risk only capital whose total loss you would survive.
4. Fees. Commissions, spreads and carry rates are shown on the Fees page and form part of these Terms. Fees may change once fairly notified.

6. Liability limits. To the fullest extent of law, lyvexcoin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use.
7. Amendments. This agreement may be revised occasionally. Using the Services after changes means consent. The applicable law is the registered jurisdiction of our operating entity.
